Pool Cage Fabricator & Aluminum Picket Fence Fabricator: Looking for a professional aluminum fabricator, capable of pool cage and picket fence fabrication projects specifically.
Requirements:
Must Be At Work At 7:00am
Must Be Able to Lift 70lbs
Possess A Valid Driver's License
1yr Minimum Experience

Loading:
Load Cages, Rails, and Condo Panels on Trailer and Truck
Load Job Boxes
Read and Verify Materials List and Load Miscellaneous Items
Make Sure You Have All Your Walls, Doors, Gutter, and Materials To Do The Job
Layout:
Ability to Read and Understand Print/Layout
Able to Verify Measurements on the Layout for Any Problems With The Cage and Know If Shop or Layout Has Mistakes
Installation:
Install According to Layout and Engineering
Clean, Pain, and Tough-Up Jobs Installed
Use and Turn In With Payroll - Service Free Checklist on Work Orders
Able to Walk on Roofs of Cage and Use Ladders of Various Heights
Supply Own Tools
All Salary/Day Pay Crews are Required to Work 9 Hours Per Day, Monday thru Friday
All Installers are Required to Work Saturdays Upon Request
Use and Install Kick Plate Inside and Out of Eves and Step-Ups for Cages, and Lanias and Condo Panels. Also, Caulk Inside and Out and All Over the Above.
Two Holes At Least 3" Overall in Diameter to be Drilled in Gutter for Downspouts
Downspout, Elbows, and Extensions Attached Securely to Wall or Downspout Using Two Screws Minimum
Clean-Up:
Clean Deck of All Debris and Trash
Clean Work Area Around the Deck
Clean Out Truck Daily
No Cutting on Pool Decks, Lanais, Inside Garages, or Inside Houses
Leave No Ladders or Walk Boards on Job Sites or Extra Materials
Shop Fabricator
Fabricating:
Drilling Holes in Metal, Screwing Together All Metal For All Types of Aluminum Fabrication of Pool Cages, Rails, Condo Panels, Lanai's, etc.
Cutting Metal to Connect Sizes According to Prints/Layouts
Creating Aluminum Plating for Beams
Use Templates For Screw Patters in Cage Beams and Uprights Using the Correct Amount of Screws
Ability to Read and Understand Prints/Layouts
The Ability to Verify Measurements on Layout and Cage Fabrication is Correct and Accurate
Know How to Properly Use A Punch Press, Band Saw, Skill Saw, Drill, Chop Saw, Grinder, and Fascia Break Machine
Cut, Punch and Paint L-Brackets
All Shop Fabricators Are Requires to Have the Following Toosl: Drills, Framing-Square, Pouch for Screws, Razor Knife, Electric Cord (if needed), Proper Closed Tow Shoes, NO SANDALS
Check for Damaged Material Before Using It in Fabrication
Stay Busy. Ask Others if They Need Help. If You Are Asked to Help Someone, Just Do It. Go on to Cleaning, if No One Needs Help
